摘　　要：基于企鹅圆筒型FPSO项目执行标准严苛、建造施工周期短以及圆筒型放射状结构等施工难点,结合公司场地布置、生产设施及起重运输能力情况,确定项目的建造位置、主要建造流程及用到的大型资源,并在此基础上针对圆筒型FPSO结构特点对其进行合理的分段划分。提前对水深潮位信息进行分析研究,制定了合理的出坞流程,同时设计了一套专用的码头靠泊装置,形成了项目全周期完整的建造方案,确保项目顺利实施和按期完工。研究表明,研究成果为企鹅圆筒型FPSO建造提供了整体技术路线,也为后续国内投资建造的首艘圆筒型FPSO提供了技术参考。Based on the penguins cylinder FPSO strict standard execution,short construction period,the cylinder type construction difficulties such as radial structure,production facilities and lifting transportation ability to select the project construction position,the main construction process and the large resources,on this basis,according to the characteristics of the cylinder FPSO structure train on the reasonable block division.Analyzed the water depth and tidal level information in advance and formulated a reasonable undocking process.At the same time,designed a set of special dock berthing device,formed a complete construction scheme for the whole cycle of the project,and ensured the smooth implementation and completion of the project on schedule.The research results in this paper provide the overall technical route for the construction of Penguins cylindrical FPSO,and also provide a technical reference for the subsequent construction of the first cylindrical FPSO in China.
