摘 要:针对传统刚性天线存在尺寸大和剖面高的问题,本文设计一种应用于ISM频段和WiFi频段的共面波导型天线。选用介电常数为3.5,损耗角正切0.002,厚度为50μm的柔性聚酰亚胺基板,通过共面波导的馈电方式,在初始矩形贴片天线的基础上,进行缝隙切割和增加天线谐振回路的方法调整带宽。同时,通过Ansoft公司推出的三维立体电磁仿真软件对该天线进行优化。优化结果表明,通过对辐射贴片进行缝隙切割,可以在不增加天线尺寸的前提下改变天线电流分布路径,实现带宽和谐振频率同时向低频移动。该天线具有20 mm×30 mm×0.05 mm的紧凑尺寸,仿真-10 dB以下的工作带宽为2.34~2.53 GHz,较好的满足ISM2.4 GHz(2.42~2.4848 GHz)和WiFi2.4 GHz(2.412~2.472 GHz)的频段,是一款结构简单、易于加工、低成本、重量轻、尺寸小、剖面低的柔性天线。该研究为超薄柔性天线的小型化设计提供了解决方法。In order to solve the problem of traditional rigid antenna with large size and high profile,a novel flexible CPW-fed antenna for ISM frequency band is proposed in this paper.The flexible polyimide substrate with 3.5 dielectric constant,0.002 tangent of loss Angle and 50μm thickness is selected.The initial model of the antenna is a rectangular patch coplanar waveguide antenna,then novel antenna is produced by cutting the initial model antenna and the resonant loop is added to adjust the bandwidth.At the same time,the antenna is optimized by the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software launched by Ansoft.As the result shows,the current distribution path of the antenna without increasing the size of the antenna can be changed by cutting the radiation patch.The bandwidth and resonant frequency of the new antenna can move to low frequency simultaneously.The proposed antenna has a small size of 20 mm×30 mm×0.05mm.And the measured bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 2.34~2.53 GHz,which can better meet the requirements of ISM2.4GHz(2.42~2.4848 GHz)and WiFi2.4(2.412~2.472 GHz).A novel antenna with simple structure,easy machining,low cost,light weight,small size and low profile in this paper proposed a solution for the design of antenna miniaturization.
