摘 要:针对低温冷库进行开门存取货物时,存在库门处与外界环境发生强烈的热湿交换,并且随着时间的增加造成库内温度较大波动而影响存储货物质量的问题。本文利用ANSYS Fluent有限元分析软件,对初始库温为243 K冷库存取货物开门过程进行温度场分析,同时对存取结束后库内降温过程进行温度场分析。研究结果表明,在冷库库门开启30 s,冷库与库外环境热交换比较强烈,库内温度波动较大,且大部分在260 K以上。冷库冷风机开始工作前10 s,冷库上部降温速度要比下部快,在10 s之后冷库上部和下部降温速度放缓。冷风机工作30 s时,库内温度不能降低到开门以前的温度,为了消除开门对冷库温度波动的影响,冷风机工作时间必须在30 s以上。冷库开门时外界环境的热湿空气会因密度差而聚集在冷库上部,造成冷库上部温度高,下部温度低的现象,为了消除温度波动带来的影响,库内冷风机需要工作较长时间。该研究对有效控制冷库温度的波动具有重要意义。When the door of the cold storage is opened to store and store goods,there will be a strong heat and moisture exchange between the door and the external environment,and with the increase of time,the temperature in the cold storage will fuctuate greatly,which will affect the quality of stored goods.In this paper,ANSYS fluent finite element analysis software is used to analyze the temperature field of the cold storage with the initial temperature of 243 K during the process of opening the door and the cooling process after the storage.The results show that when the cold storage door is opened for 30 s,the heat exchange between the cold storage and the outside environment is relatively strong,and the temperature inside the cold storage fluctuates greatly,most of the temperature in the warehouse is above 260 K;the cooling speed of the upper part of the cold storage is much faster than that of the lower part 10 s before the cold storage fan starts to work,and the cooling speed of the upper and lower parts of the cold storage slows down after 10 s.When the air cooler works for 30 s,the temperature in the warehouse can not be reduced to the temperature before the door is opened.Therefore,in order to eliminate the influence of the door opening on the temperature fluctuation of the cold storage,the working time of the air cooler must be more than 30 s.It is concluded that the hot and humid air in the outside environment will gather in the upper part of the cold storage due to the density difference when the cold storage is opened,resulting in the phenomenon that the temperature of the upper part of the cold storage is higher than that of the lower part.In order to eliminate the influence of the temperature fluctuation,the air cooler in the cold storage needs to work for a long time.The research is of great significance to effectively control the temperature fluctuation of cold storage.
