孙西庆教授治疗口僻的临床经验浅析

摘　　要：口僻是以口眼向一侧歪斜为主要表现的一种疾病,现代医学中的周围性面神经麻痹即属口僻范畴。孙西庆教授认为太阳为病、风邪为引是口僻的起源,正气不足为发病之本,以六经辨证为主,外邪不解则病不祛,正气过虚则邪不退;证型不同,则治法不同,但疏解太阳、益气扶正的治疗思想应融入其中。具体治疗善用经方,临床上取得良好疗效。Wry mouth is a kind of disease which mainly manifests as deviation of the eye and mouth to one side.Modern medicine believes that peripheral facial paralysis belongs to the category of wry mouth.Professor SUN Xiqing believes that the sun disease and wind evil are the cause of wry mouth,and deficiency of vital qi is a fundamental cause of the disease.Based on syndrome differentiation of the six meridians,the disease could not be cured if the exogenous evil is not eliminated,and the evil will not subside if the vital qi is too weak.Although the treatment is different according to different symptoms,the therapeutic thought of dispersing of greater yang and replenishing and reinforcing vital qi should be integrated.The specific use of the prescription has achieved good clinical efficacy.
