摘  要:利用3D打印技术,研制出一个可模拟温度场和水平渗流场耦合作用下土壤传热效能的模型实验台,并开展了不同渗流工况下中砂的传热效能模型实验。研究结果表明:自主研制的一维模型实验台能有效模拟地下水渗流作用下的土壤传热过程;一维水平渗流可减小实验土柱内的最高温度和冷热端的最终温差,即缓解了土壤中的热量堆积;当渗流沿热量传递方向作用时,渗流速度越大,热量传递效率越高;在较低的渗流速度下,实验土柱内温度随时间呈先快后慢的变化趋势;当渗流速度较高时,其对于中砂在地埋管中传热的作用为可减少冷热端的温差,从而有效地缓解土壤中的热量堆积;当渗流背向热量传递方向时,会减小热源的影响范围,即阻碍了热量的传递。Using 3D printing technology,a model experiment test-bed that can simulate the heat transfer efficiency of soil under the coupling of temperature field and horizontal seepage field was developed.The research results show that the self-developed test-bed can simulate the soil heat transfer under the action of groundwater seepage effectively.One-dimensional and horizontal seepage can reduce the maximum temperature in the testing soil column and the final temperature difference between the hot and cold sides.This can alleviate the heat accumulation in the soil.When seepage flows in the direction of heat transfer,the greater the seepage speed,the higher the heat transfer efficiency.At lower seepage speed,the temperature in the soil column of the testing is fast first and then slower with time.When the seepage velocity is high,the heat transfer of medium sand in the buried pipe will reduce the temperature difference between the cold and hot ends,thereby effectively alleviating the heat accumulation in the soil.When the seepage flows away from the direction of heat transfer,the influence range of the heat source is reduced.Thus the heat transfer is hindered.
