摘  要:制备了Nd_(9.45)(La_(x)Ce_(y))_(4.05)Fe_(bal)B_(6.0)(at%,x:y=4:1,3:2,2:3,1:4)烧结磁体,研究La/Ce比例对磁体的磁性能、微观结构、稀土元素分布的影响。实验结果表明,磁性能随La/Ce比的减小先缓慢增高后降低,2:3为最佳值,磁性能为剩磁12.2 kG,矫顽力7.42 kOe,最大磁能积33.74 MGOe。SEM观察发现,La/Ce比过高或过低不利于形成良好的晶界相,会产生晶界不连续或晶界相富集,继而影响磁性能。La/Ce比为2:3时,晶界清晰连续。烧结磁体中进入主相晶粒中的稀土元素总和基本保持稳定,La、Ce元素之和存在阈值,在La/Ce比为2:3时出现。In this paper,Nd_(9.45)(La_(x)Ce_(y))_(4.05)Fe_(bal)B_(6.0)(at%,x:y=4:1,3:2,2:3,1:4)sintered magnets were prepared,the magnetic properties,microstructure and rare earth element distribution of sintered magnets were studied under different La/Ce ratios.The best La/Ce ratio was 2:3,and the remanence was 12.2 kG,the coercive force was 7.42 kOe,and the maximum magnetic energy product was 33.74 MGOe.It was found from SEM that the too high or too low La/Ce ratio would lead less or more grain boundary phase,resulting in grain boundary discontinuity or grain boundary phase enrichment,which would lead to change in magnetic properties.When La/Ce ratio was 2:3,the grain boundary was clear and continuous.The sum of rare earth elements in the main phase grains of sintered magnets was basically stable,and there is a threshold value for the sum of La and Ce elements,which appeared at La/Ce ratio of 2:3.
