摘 要:为了节省制备烧结NdFeB磁体所用贵重稀土用量,采取晶界扩散的方式加入Ho-Al复合纳米粉制备(PrNd)_(31.5)Fe_(66.7)B_(0.98)Cu_(0.05)Co_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)烧结磁体,探讨其对磁体性能的影响。结果表明,随着Ho-Al复合纳米添加量的增加,磁体剩磁降低,矫顽力增高,最大磁能积先升后降,当添加量为0.3 wt%时,其综合性能最佳,矫顽力达到1177.6 kA/m,相对未加Ho-Al复合纳米粉的磁体提升了2.13%,剩磁下降了1.0%,最大磁能积提高了2.5%。而且伴随着Ho-Al复合纳米粉的添加,磁体的耐腐蚀性也有明显提高。In order to save the amount of precious rare earth for sintered NdFeB magnets,Ho-Al composite nanopowders were added to prepare(PrNd)_(31.5)Fe_(66.7)B_(0.98)Cu_(0.05)Co_(0.5)Ga_(0.5) sintered magnets by grain boundary diffusion method,and their effects on the magnets properties were investigated.The results show that with the increase of Ho-Al composite nanopowders,the remanence decreases,the coercivity increases,and the maximum magnetic energy product increases first and then decreases.When the addition amount is 0.3 wt%,the sample exhibits the best comprehensive performanc.The coercivity reaches 1177.6 kA/m,which is increased by 2.13%,the remanence decreases by 1.0%,and the maximum magnetic energy product increases by 2.5%.Moreover,with the addition of Ho-Al composite nano-powder,the corrosion resistance of the magnet is also improved.
