摘 要:采用传统陶瓷法制备了Ca-La-Co联合取代的M型锶铁氧体。为补偿球磨掉入的铁,通过降低Fe含量(相对理论正分)研究了Fe_(2)O_(3)/SrO摩尔比n对材料磁性能的影响。通过X射线衍射分析仪、场发射扫描电镜、永磁材料自动测试仪表征不同Fe含量样品的成分、结构、微观形貌和磁性能。结果表明:降低Fe含量可抑制α-Fe_(2)O_(3),并有效提高材料的剩磁、矫顽力和最大磁能积等性能。Ca-La-Co联合取代的M型锶铁氧体Sr_(0.5)La_(0.3)Ca_(0.2)Fe_(x)Co_(0.3O19)(x=11.3~11.7),Fe含量x=11.4时性能最好,B_(r)=430 mT,H_(cb)=324 kA/m,H_(cj)=380 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=35.2 kJ/m^(3),与未进行铁补偿的理论摩尔比n=6(x=12)的磁体相比,性能分别提高了5.39%、4.52%、2.15%和5.39%。Ca-La-Co co-substituted M-type Sr-hexaferrites were prepared by conventional ceramic processes,and the effect of Fe content on the magnetic properties was studied.The phase composition of the magnetic powders was characterized by X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the morphologies.The results show that low Fe content can reduce the occurrence of α-Fe_(2)O_(3)and effectively enhance the properties of M-type hexagonal ferrite,such as remanence,coercivity and maximum magnetic product.When Fe content is 11.4,the M-type strontium ferrites co-substituted by Ca-La-Co achieve the optimum performances,or B_(r)of 430mT,H_(cb)of 324 kA/m,H_(cj)of 380 kA/m and(BH)_(max)of 35.2 kJ/m^(3),5.39%,4.52%,2.15%and 5.39%higher than that of the magnets with theoretical stoichiometric composition.
