摘  要:随着科技日新月异的发展,电路的集成性越来越高。为实现小型化且更具稳定性的耦合器,选取有较宽工作带宽、较小体积、且易于集成和实现的Lange耦合器结构。采用Lange耦合器级联的方式,实现更紧密的耦合关系,从而在减小耦合器尺寸的情况下,实现更宽的工作频率。通过软件的联合仿真,对比单级和级联的Lange耦合器的传输性能,设计一款可应用于1.3~3 GHz的级联微带线宽频带90°Lange耦合器。结果表明,该级联的Lange耦合器具有稳定的相位差和较小的回波损耗,尺寸约19.26 mm×28 mm,可直接应用在微波天线中。With the rapid development of science and technology,the integration of the circuit is getting higher and higher.In order to get miniaturized and more stable coupler,the Lange coupler structure with wider working bandwidth,smaller volume and easy integration and implementation is selected.The Lange couplers are cascaded to achieve closer coupling,so as to achieve a wider working frequency while reducing the size of the coupler.Through the joint simulation of software,by comparing the transmission performance of single-stage and cascaded Lange coupler,a cascaded microstrip broadband 90°Lange coupler which can be applied from 1.3 GHz to 3 GHz is designed.The results show that the cascaded Lange coupler has stable phase difference and small return loss.The size of the Lange coupler is about 19.26 mm×28 mm,which can be directly used in microwave antenna.
