摘　　要：为了解掌握上海市松江区牛副结核病感染情况,于2017-2019年每年在松江区规模牛场随机采集总计1260份牛血清样品,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法监测牛副结核分支杆菌病毒(MAP)抗体。结果表明:总抗体阳性率为2.1%,三年抗体阳性率分别为1.6%、0.7%、4.4%,与流行病学调查结果相符。本试验结果反映了松江区牛副结核病的流行现状,对牛场疫病的综合防控具有指导意义。In order to investigate the situation of bovine paratuberculosis infection in Songjiang district of Shanghai,1260 bovine serum samples were randomly collected from scale cattle farms from 2017 to 2019 and ELISA method was used to monitor the antibody of MAP.The results showed that the total antibody positive rate was 2.1%,and antibody positive rates of 3 years were 1.6%,0.7% and 4.4% respectively,which was consistent with the results of epidemiological investigation.That reflected the epidemic status of bovine paratuberculosis in Songjiang district,and provided instruction for the comprehensive prevention and control of bovine epidemic disease.
