摘 要:指纹图谱技术被广泛应用于现代中药研究,谱效关系是指纹图谱研究的高级阶段,通过对指纹图谱与药效评价进行相关性分析,可以更加全面地对中药质量进行控制与评价,并为中药药效物质基础研究提供一种新思路,已经应用于中药研究的多个领域。本文主要对谱效关系的研究方法及其在中药研究中的应用进行阐述,并对其关键问题进行探讨,以期为后续的中药谱效关系研究提供一定的思路。Fingerprint technology is widely used in the research of modern Chinese medicine,and spectrum-effect relationship is the advanced stage of fingerprint research.Through the correlation analysis of fingerprint and efficacy evaluation,we can control and evaluate the quality of traditional Chinese medicine more comprehensively,and provide a new idea for the material basis research of Chinese medicine efficacy,which has been applied in many fields of traditional Chinese medicine research.The research methods of spectrum-effect relationship and its application in the research of traditional Chinese medicine were elaborated,and the key issues were discussed,in order to provide some ideas for the follow-up study of spectrum effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine.
