摘　　要：利用色谱技术对龙牙楤木(Aralia elata)中皂苷类成分进行了系统的化学成分分离与结构鉴定,运用化学方法和波谱学技术确定了其中3个化合物的化学结构,并对龙牙楤木中三萜皂苷类成分的心肌保护作用进行研究,为龙牙楤木中皂苷类化合物的分离、鉴定、抗心肌缺血作用的研究奠定科学基础。Chromatographic techniques were used to systematically separate and identify the saponins in Aralia elata.Chemical methods and spectroscopy techniques were used to determine the chemical structures of five compounds.The study on the myocardial protective effect of triterpenesaponins in Aralia elatalaid a scientific foundation for the separation and identification of saponins in Aralia elata,as well as the research on anti-myocardial ischemia.
