摘 要:以矿质元素含量为指标,对13种补阴中药进行主成分分析,研究其矿质元素(Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、K、Al、Cu、Ni和Pb)的分布特征。主成分分析表明,前4个主因子含有补阴类中药矿质元素81.535%的信息。第一主成分是Ca、Zn、Mg;第二主成分是Fe、K;第三主成分是Ca;第四主成分是Zn、Pb。中药补阴作用的主要影响元素为Ca、Zn、Mg三种元素。结果表明中药的补阴作用与矿质元素分布有关。With the content of mineral elements as index,principal components analysis was applied for the study of mineral elements to study the distribution of mineral elements(Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg,Mn,K,Al,Cu,Ni and Pb)in 14 kinds of yin tonics of Chinese Herbs.The results form principal components indicated that the frontal 4 principal factors contained 81.535%information about mineral elements of yin tonics.The first main principal component were Ca,Zn and Mg,the second main components were Fe and K,the third main principal component was Ca,the fourth main components were Zn and Pb,the main mineral elements in herbs of invigorating yin were Ca,Zn and Mg.The effects in invigorating yang of Chinese Herbs was related to the distribution of mineral elements.
