摘 要:作者根据土壤中汞含量范围,配制了一系列标准浓度的汞溶液,按照《原子荧光光度计检定规程》(JJG 939-2009)规定,建立数学模型,计算了氢化物-原子荧光光谱法土壤中测痕量汞检出限,并对其不确定来源进行分析和评定。经评定,原子荧光光度计(北京海光ASF3000)测土壤中痕量汞检出限为0.019 ng,汞检出限测量扩展不确定度0.002 ng(k=2),评定结果为土壤中痕量汞的测定质量控制提供参考。According to the range of mercury content in soil,a series of standard concentration mercury solutions were prepared.On the basis of"verification regulation of atomic fluorescence photometer"(JJG 939-2009),the mathematical model was established to calculate the detection limit of Trace Mercury in soil by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated.After evaluation,the detection limit of Trace Mercury in soil determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer(ASF3000)was 0.019 ng,and the expanded uncertainty of mercury detection limit was 0.002 ng(k=2).The evaluation results provided reference for the quality control of determination of Trace Mercury in soil.
