高职现代化工企业管理课程教学改革初探

摘　　要：《现代化工企业管理》是高等职院校化工类专业的一门必修课程。根据福建省示范性现代职业院校建设要求,对课程进行项目化教学方法改革。按高职应用化工专业群技术领域职业岗位任职要求,参照相关职业资格标准,以校企共同制订的人才培养方案所设定的教学计划规定课程内容为核心,结合企业生产创设典型实务项目,以实施项目活动为载体完成课程教学,以项目实施的工作过程和效果作为课程教学评价依据。Modern Industrial and Enterprise Management is a required course for Chemical Engineering majors in higher vocational colleges.According to the construction requirements of the model modern vocational colleges in Fujian province,the project-based teaching methods were reformed.According to the requirements for occupation of professional positions in the technical field of applied chemical specialty group in higher vocational education,with reference to relevant vocational qualification standards,and taking the content of the curriculum specified in the teaching plan set by the talent training plan jointly developed by the school and enterprise as the core,the company selected or created typical practices based on the actual production of the enterprise for the project,the course teaching was carried out based on the implementation of the project activities,and the work process and effect of the project implementation were used as the basis for the course teaching evaluation.
