摘 要:间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,具有来源广泛、支持造血、调节免疫、自我更新、高度增殖、定向分化等优点,是生命科学领域的一大研究热点。近年来,一些学者就中药及其提取物对间充质干细胞的影响进行了一系列的研究,人参皂苷Rg1就是其中之一。相关研究表明,人参皂苷Rg1作用于间充质干细胞能够促进增殖、抑制凋亡、促进旁分泌、诱导分化。对间充质干细胞与人参皂苷Rg1的基本特性、人参皂苷Rg1对间充质干细胞的作用及其应用等方面的最新进展做一综述,希望为今后的研究奠定基础。Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells, which have many advantages, such as extensive sources, supporting hematopoiesis, regulating immunity, self-renewal, high proliferation and directed differentiation. And it is a hot research topic in the field of life science. In recent years, some scholars have conducted a series of studies on the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts on mesenchymal stem cells, and ginsenoside Rg1 is one of them. Relevant studies have shown that ginsenoside Rg1 can promote proliferation, inhibit apoptosis, promote paracrine secretion and induce differentiation of MSCs. This article reviewed the basic characteristics of MSCs and ginsenoside Rg1, the role of ginsenoside Rg1 on mesenchymal stem cells and its application, hoping to lay a foundation for future research.
