益肾解毒汤治疗肾癌根治术后肾功能不全的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾解毒汤治疗肾癌根治术后肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法将40例肾癌根治术后合并肾功能不全的患者按随机、对照原则,分为观察组与对照组,对照组予西医常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服益肾解毒汤,随访6个月,观察两组患者的中医症状改善情况、血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平,进行疗效评价及分析。结果治疗总有效率:观察组优于对照组[95%(19/20)vs75%(15/20)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内对比,治疗后两组中医证候积分、SCr、BUN均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间对比,治疗后观察组中医证候积分、SCr、BUN下降幅度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾解毒汤能改善肾癌术后合并肾功能不全患者中医症状,降低SCr、BUN水平,对肾癌术后肾功能不全有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jiedu Decoction(益肾解毒汤)in the treatment of renal insufficiency after radical operation of renal cell carcinoma.Methods According to the principle of randomization and contrast,a total of 40 patients with renal insufficiency after renal cancer surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional basic treatment of western medicine.The observation group was added with Yishen Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group,followed up for 6 months.We observed the improvement of TCM symptoms,levelsof serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of the patients in the two groupsand evaluated and analyzed the efficacy.Results Total effective rate:The observation group′s rate was superior to that ofthe control group[95%(19/20)vs75%(15/20)],and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intra-group comparison showed that the TCM syndrome scores,levels of SCr and BUN in both groups decreased after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The inter-group comparison showed that the TCM syndrome scores,levels of SCr and BUN in the observation group decreased more than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jiedu Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with renal insufficiency after renal cancer surgery,reduce the levels of SCr and BUNand has a good effect on renal insufficiency after renal cancer surgery.
