摘  要:目的探索朱氏调经促孕方治疗肾虚型Ⅱ型排卵障碍性不孕的有效机制与调控H-P-O轴和氧化应激反应的相关性。方法采用随机对照方法,分为治疗组(31例,朱氏调经促孕方)、对照组(31例,枸橼酸氯米芬片),连续治疗6个月经周期,观察治疗前后患者的H-P-O轴相关因素(LH、FSH、E2、PRL、P、T)以及氧化应激反应(ROS、MDA、GSH-Px、SOD、AOPP)。结果治疗组排卵期LH、FSH、E2明显升高,ROS、MDA、GSH-Px明显降低,SOD、AOPP明显升高(P<0.05)。结论朱氏调经促孕方可在排卵期通过上调FSH、LH、E2改善H-P-O轴的功能状态,降低ROS、MDA、GSH-Px以及升高SOD、AOPP调整体内氧化应激反应。Objective To explore the relationship between the effective mechanism of ZHU′s Tiaojing Cuyun Recipe(朱氏调经促孕方) in the treatment of type Ⅱ ovulatory dysfunctional infertility(kidney deficiency type) and the regulation of H-P-O axis and oxidative stress.Methods A randomized controlled trial was performed,which was divided into treatment group(31 cases,ZHU′s Jingjing Zhengfang Recipe) and control group(31 cases,Clomiphene Citrate Tablets).The treatment was continued for 6 menstrual cycles.The H-P-O axis-related factors(LH,FSH,E2,PRL,P,T) and oxidative stress responses(ROS,MDA,GSH-Px,SOD,AOPP) were observed before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,LH,FSH and E2 increased,ROS,MDA and GSH-Px decreased and SOD and AOPP increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion ZHU′s Tiaojing Cuyun Recipe can improve the functional status of H-P-O axis by up-regulating FSH,LH and E2,and can regulate oxidative stress by reducing ROS,MDA,GSH-Px and increasing SOD and AOPP during ovulation.
