摘　　要：脊髓损伤是常见致死、致残原因,给患者带来身体、心理困扰,以及巨大的经济负担。近年来,针刺对脊髓损伤的治疗起到积极作用,在其治疗中扮演重要地位,故该文从选穴规律、针刺手法、针刺方法等方面总结近年来针刺治疗脊髓损伤的特点,发现针刺治疗脊髓损伤选穴灵活,多取俞募穴、背部穴、八髎穴、远近配穴以及辨证选穴;针刺方法多样,可用电针、芒针、耳针、温针等;针刺时可在进针时辅以一定手法、配合单式及复式补泻手法等加强疗效。Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a common cause of death and disability,bringing physical,mental and economic burden to patients.In recent years,acupuncture has played a positive role in the treatment of SCI.Therefore,by summarizingthe regularities of acupoints selection,acupuncture methods andmanipulations,we have found that the regularities of acupoints selection are flexible,including Shu-Mupoints,acupoints on the back,Baliao(BL31-34) points,proximal and distal acupoints and syndrome differentiation selection.Acupuncture methods are various,including electro-acupuncture,awn acupuncture,ear acupunctureand warm acupuncture.Certain techniques,combined with simple and compound methods can strengthen the curative effect.
