摘　　要：痛风属于中医学中的"痹证""白虎历节"等,发作时疼痛剧烈难忍,且易反复发作,缠绵难愈。本病由于先天禀赋不足或饮食劳倦伤及脾肾,湿热内生,加之外感风寒湿邪,表现为虚实夹杂之证。先天禀赋和饮食劳倦与脾肾关系密切,故从内伤脾肾论治痛风具有重要意义。并根据痛风的不同分期从内伤脾肾论治进行简要综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Gout belongs to "Bi syndrome" and "severe and migrating arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine. This disease is due to congenital endowment deficiency or food fatigue injury to the spleen and kidney,damp heat endogenous,combined with exogenous wind cold dampness evil,performance for deficiency and excess syndrome. Congenital endowment,diet and fatigue are closely related to spleen and kidney,so it has great significance to treat gout from internal injury of spleen and kidney. According to the different stages of gout,the treatment of internal injury of spleen and kidney was briefly reviewed,and according to the different stages of gout,the treatment of internal injury of spleen and kidney was briefly reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
