煤机液压试验台的液压回路设计

摘　　要：煤机液压试验台的液压回路包括试验回路及辅助回路。将被试件接入试验回路,构成完整的测试油路,实现被试件的各项参数测量。辅助回路主要对油液进行温控、过滤等处理。分析了试验台液压回路的特点并提出设计思路。The hydraulic circuit of coal machine hydraulic test bed includes test circuit and auxiliary circuit. The test piece is connected to the test circuit to form a complete test oil circuit and realize the measurement of various parameters of the test piece. The auxiliary circuit is mainly used for temperature control and filtration of oil. The characteristics of the hydraulic circuit of the test bed were analyzed and put forward the design idea.
