摘  要:为了提升矿山机械液压系统的安全、可靠性,以某型矿山升降机为研究对象,设计了升降机液压系统,并对矿山升降机液压系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:设计的矿山升降机液压系统为4个液压缸同时升降从而实现对矿山升降机进行升降的目的;矿山升降机液压系统在开始一段存在波动,后趋于稳定在某一值附近的趋势,且4个液压缸能实现同时升降的目的,验证设计的液压系统能安全、稳定、可靠运行。该研究为矿山升降机液压系统设计、液压系统安全稳定高效的运行等方面提供理论依据及技术支持。In order to improve the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system for mine hoist, a mine hoist has been taken as the research object, the hydraulic system of the mine hoist has been designed,and the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system for the mine hoist has been carried out. The simulation results show that the designed hydraulic system of mine hoist has four hydraulic cylinders lifting at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of lifting the mine hoist;the hydraulic system of mine hoist fluctuates at the beginning, and then tends to be stable near a certain value, and four hydraulic cylinders can achieve the purpose of lifting at the same time, which verifies that the designed hydraulic system can operate safely, stably and reliably. The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the design of hydraulic system and the safe, stable and efficient operation of hydraulic system for the mine hoist.
