摘 要:通过FLUENT软件对某型柱塞泵进行仿真研究,改变其节流槽参数,通过对比不同参数下的出口流量的脉动情况,寻找优化方案。经过对出口流量变化和关键节点的节流槽区域流向分析发现,受回流和倒灌影响,脉动情况先是与深度角θ成正相关,随着θ的增加而后成负相关;而开度角α在θ较小时对流量脉动影响较大;较大的过流面积有利于提高流量脉动波谷。而后基于该研究提出了优化参数,有效降低柱塞泵出口流量、压力的脉动。A type of piston pump was simulated by FLUENT software. The parameters of throttle groove were changed, by comparing the fluctuation of outlet flow under different parameters, an optimum scheme was found. Through the analysis of the change of outlet flow and the direction of flow in the throttling slot area of key nodes, it is found that the fluctuation is positively correlated with the depth angle θ at first, and then negatively correlated with the increase of θ;while the opening angle α has a greater impact on the flow fluctuation when the θ is small;larger flow area is conducive to improving the flow fluctuation trough. Then, based on the research, the optimization parameters were proposed to effectively reduce the outlet flow and pressure pulsation of the piston pump.
