摘 要:为了研究采煤机湿式制动器的使用性能与失效原因,建立采煤机湿式制动器三维有限元模型,使用ANSYS Workbench对采煤机制动器紧急制动过程进行仿真分析,得出湿式制动器制动工况下温度场、应力场的分布情况。研究结果表明:制动盘表面温度沿径向呈先增大后减小的趋势,制动盘所受应力的非均匀分布是制动器热机失稳的主要原因。In order to study the using performance and failure reason of the shearer wet brake,the three-dimensional finite element model of the shearer wet brake was established, the emergency braking process of the shearer brake was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Workbench, and the distribution of temperature field and stress field under braking condition of the wet brake were obtained. The research results show that the surface temperature of the brake disc increases first and then decreases along the radial direction. The non-uniform distribution of the stress on the brake disc is the main reason for the thermal instability of the brake.
