摘  要:针对神东矿区2台掘锚机组装载电机频繁出现压死、过载烧损、绝缘值降低等故障损坏的问题,结合工作面实际工况,以煤块为近似货载对象,计算了冒落的煤块达到最大时对扒爪的作用力和力矩,初步判断造成装载电机故障的原因是原机所配扒爪的长度过长。针对这一问题提出了改进设计,经过计算对比和实际工业性试验,消除了电机过载损坏的问题,保证装载部工作正常。Aiming at the problems that the claw motors of two anchor digging units in Shendong mining area are frequently damaged due to crushing, overload burning, insulation value reduction and other faults, combined with the actual working conditions of the working face, taking the coal block as the approximate loading object, the force and torque on the claw when the caving coal reaches the maximum block were calculated, and it was preliminarily determined that the reason for the failure of the loading motor was that the length of the claw at the original machine is too long. In view of this problem, an improved design was put forward. Through calculation comparison and actual industrial test, the problem of overload damage of motor was eliminated, and the normal operation of loading part was ensured.
