摘  要:为了解决煤矿顶板灾害多发、人工测量数据不及时、不可靠、统计量大以及现有顶板监测系统与矿压理论融合深度不足等问题,设计了一种集传感技术、信息处理技术、计算机技术、互联网通信技术及矿压理论等于一体的顶板动态综合监测系统,并详细介绍了系统的组成结构、功能模块和工作原理。实际应用表明,该系统实现了对综采工作面矿压参数的实时监测,具备自分析、自决策功能,具有测量误差小、效率高等优点。该系统的成功应用,为矿井的安全高效生产和智能化建设奠定了坚实的基础。In order to solve the problems of frequent roof disasters, untimely and unreliable manual measurement data, large statistics and insufficient fusion depth between existing roof monitoring system and ground pressure theory, a roof dynamic comprehensive monitoring system was designed, which integrates advanced sensing technology, information processing technology, computer technology,Internet communication technology and rock pressure theory, etc., the structure and function modules of the system were introduced in detail. The practical application shows that the system has realized the real-time monitoring of the ground pressure parameters of fully mechanized mining face, and has the functions of self-analysis and self-decision, and has small measurement error, high efficiency and other advantages. The successful application of the system laid a solid foundation for the mine safety and efficient production, intelligent construction.
