摘  要:以某型采煤机的联接架为研究对象,运用Solid Works对采煤机联接架进行三维模型绘制并以xt格式导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行有限元分析,通过模态分析和谐响应分析得出了联接架的固有频率、振型以及频率与振幅的关系,并且通过对比模态分析与谐响应分析结果,发现一阶固有频率2 018.5 Hz对联接架影响较大,容易引起共振现象。通过在原联接架基础上增加壁厚来进行优化,使采煤机联接架固有频率增加了约5%,为今后采煤机联接架的设计和改进提供了数据支持。Taking the connecting frame of a certain type of coal shearer as the research object,used SolidWorks to draw the 3 D model of the connecting frame of coal shearer, and imported it into ANSYS Workbench in xt format for finite element analysis. Through modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, the natural frequency, mode of vibration and the relationship between frequency and amplitude of the connecting frame were obtained. Moreover, by comparing the results of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, it was found that the first natural frequency of 2 018.5 Hz has a great influence on the connecting frame, which is easy to cause resonance phenomenon. By increasing the wall thickness on the basis of the original connecting frame, the natural frequency of the connecting frame of shearer was increased by about 5%, which provides data support for the design and improvement of the connecting frame of shearer in the future.
