摘 要:针对钢丝绳与摩擦衬垫间摩擦因数降低、超载或制动力矩过大等情况引发的滑绳事故,利用S7-1200 PLC设计了一种摩擦提升机滑绳保护系统。采用主、辅双闭环控制回路,主控制回路以摩擦轮和天轮间滑绳位移为反馈,通过液压驱动和机械手制动副抱紧钢丝绳,提供直接的滑绳保护功能,辅助控制回路基于模糊算法,以提升负载和绳轮径向压力为反馈,在允许的滑动极限下给出最大制动力矩。该系统能最大限度地减少滑绳、溜车等事故,有助于提高矿井提升作业的可靠性。Aiming at the slippery rope accidents caused by the decrease of friction coefficient and overload or excessive braking torque. A slippery rope protection system for friction hoist has been designed by S7-1200 PLC. It used main and auxliary double closed loop control circuit. The main control circuit has used the displacement of the sliding rope between the friction wheel and the crown wheel as the feedback. The hydraulic drive and the manipulator brake pair hold the steel wire rope tightly to provide the direct protection. The auxiliary control circuit has used fuzzy algorithm and takes the lifting load and the radial pressure of the rope pulley as the feedback to give the maximum braking torque under the allowable slippery rope limit. The system can reduce the accidents of slippery rope to the greatest extent and help to improve the reliability of mine hoisting operation.
