摘 要:为帮助新晋企业和设计者研发电子体温计产品和申请相关专利,从统计指标和技术发展角度分析截至2020年6月全球电子体温计专利情况,并界定电子体温计高价值专利标准,通过专利地图和技术功效矩阵对相关专利进行可视化分析。研究结果表明:(1)电子体温计专利申请以发明专利为主要类型,专利申请数量处于快速增长阶段,但专利失效问题严重,应在保证测量精度的基础上提高对外观专利的重视,将过期的高价值专利作为研发信息的重要来源。(2)中国和日本同为电子体温计专利申请大国,但日本企业占据行业主导地位;此外,区域的经济发展与其电子体温计专利申请相互促进。(3)电子体温计的两个主要发展方向是内部元件提高测温精度且缩短测量时间和外观造型吸引用户购买且方便使用。最后,提出电子体温计未来应当向智能化方向发展,成为大健康产业链的一环,并分别从企业和政府角度提出人才、技术和知识产权保护以及标准和评价体系等方面的相关对策建议。To help start-ups and designers develop electronic thermometer products and apply for related patents, this paper analyzes the worldwide patents of electronic thermometers by June 2020 in terms of their statistical indicators and technological developments. In addition, the paper defines the high-value patent criteria for electronic thermometers, and carries out visual analysis through patent maps and technology-effect matrix. The findings of the research show that: (1) The number of electronic thermometer patent applications, dominated by invention patents is growing rapidly, but the problem of patent invalidation is serious, more attention should be pay to the appearance patent on the basis of ensuring the measurement accuracy, and take the expired high value patent as the important source of R&D information. (2) Although China and Japan are both leading countries in electronic thermometer patent application, Japanese enterprises occupy the dominant position in the industry. Moreover, regional economic development facilitates its electronic thermometer patent application mutually. (3) The two main directions of developing electronic thermometers are to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement and shorten the measurement time by internal components, and to attract users to purchase and use them conveniently through exterior design. Finally, the paper proposes that electronic thermometers should be catering to intelligence in the future and become a part of the overall health industry chain, and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions related to talent, technology and intellectual property protection, as well as standards and appraisal system from the perspectives of enterprises and government respectively.
