摘  要:采用活性聚醚化合物(D-410)对环氧树脂复合体系(AG-80/E-44/DMDC)进行增韧改性,并采用非等温DSC法对D-410增韧改性后的AG-80/E-44/DMDC复合体系进行了动力学研究。研究结果表明:当w(D-410)=25%(相对环氧树脂复合体系总质量而言)时,材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量分别为66.75 MPa、80.13 MPa、2.36 GPa,分别提高了79.7%、47.8%和29.0%;改性后材料的热分解温度为323℃,饱和吸水性为0.8%,耐水性增强;采用DSC法得出D-410/AG-80/E-44/DMDC复合体系的表观活化能为51.58 kJ/mol,指前因子为1.734×10^(6)s(-1),反应级数为0.88;并采用T-β外推法,结合凝胶时间曲线,确定了该反应的固化工艺为80℃/1 h+153℃/4 h。The epoxy resin composite system(AG-80/E-44/DMDC)was toughened by active polyether compound(D-410),and the kinetics of AG-80/E-44/DMDC composite system toughened by D-410 was studied by non-isothermal DSC method.The research results showed that when w(D-410)=25%(relative to the total mass of epoxy resin composite system),the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the material were66.75 MPa,80.13 MPa and 2.4 GPa respectively,which were increased by 79.7%,47.8%and 29.0%respectively.The thermal decomposition temperature of the modified material was 323℃,the saturated water absorption was0.8%,and the water resistance was enhanced.The apparent activation energy of D-410/AG-80/E-44/DMDC composite system was 51.58 k J/mol calculated by DSC method.The pre-exponential factor was 1.734×10^(6)s^(-1),and the reaction order was 0.88.The curing process of the reaction was determined as 80℃/1 h+153℃/4 h by the T-βextrapolation method combined with the gelation time curve.
