摘 要:采用磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢铵和磷酸二氢钠作为主要原料制备镁基磷酸盐水泥,通过对固化时间、放热温度和抗压强度的考察,并结合X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析,研究了不同磷酸盐及其配比对镁基磷酸盐水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明:镁基磷酸盐水泥的固化时间、放热温度及抗压强度会随磷酸盐及其组合配比的变化有较大差异;48 h后的抗压强度及微观结构、成分分析表明,m(磷酸二氢钾)∶m(磷酸二氢钠)=1∶1混合后制备的镁基磷酸盐水泥的性能及固化行为优于其他磷酸盐组合配比。Magnesium-based phosphate cement was prepared from potassium dihydrogen phosphate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate as the main raw materials. Through the investigation of solidification time,exothermic temperature and compressive strength,combined with X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy analysis,the effect of different kinds of phosphate and their proportion on the properties of magnesium-based phosphate cement was studied. The research results showed that the solidification time,exothermic temperature and compressive strength of magnesium-based phosphate cement would vary greatly with the change of phosphate and its combination ratio. The compressive strength,microstructure and composition analysis after 48 h showed that the performance and solidification behavior of magnesium-based phosphate cement prepared by mixing m(potassium dihydrogen phosphate)∶m(sodium dihydrogen phosphate)=1∶1 were better than those of other phosphate combination ratios.
