摘  要:以氮化硼为原料,环氧树脂作为胶粘剂基体,新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚作为活性稀释剂,甲基四氢苯酐作为液态固化剂,制备了氮化硼/环氧树脂复合材料,并考察了该改性环氧树脂胶粘剂中氮化硼含量对其基本性能的影响。研究结果表明:氮化硼/环氧树脂复合比例为40%时,复合物的热导率较佳,为1.2 W/(m·K);复合比例为10%时,拉伸性能、剪切强度、冲击强度均较优,分别为30.0、25.3和25.5 MPa,且具有较低的黏度,流动性较好,开胶时间最长可达到26.3 h,故10%为较佳复合比例。Using boron nitride as raw material,epoxy resin as adhesive matrix,neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether as active diluent,and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as liquid curing agent,the boron nitride/epoxy composite material was prepared,and the effect of boron nitride content in the modified epoxy resin adhesive on its basic properties was investigated.The research results showed that when the compounding ratio of boron nitride/epoxy resin was 40%,the thermal conductivity of the composite was excellent,which reached 1.2 W/(m·K).When the compounding ratio was 10%,the tensile properties,shear strength and impact strength were excellent,reaching 30.0,25.3 and 25.5 MPa,respectively.It had low viscosity and good fluidity,the longest opening time was 26.3 h,therefore 10%was the optimum compounding ratio.
