摘 要:以石墨粉作为原料,利用硫酸、高锰酸钾、硝酸钠和双氧水等氧化剂氧化处理石墨粉获取氧化石墨烯,再利用超声分散法合成不同含量的氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂材料,测试并分析研究所合成复合物的粘接性能。研究结果表明:不同含量的复合物均较单一环氧树脂的性能更佳,当w(氧化石墨烯)=2%时具有较优的材料性能。Using graphite powder as raw material,graphene oxide was prepared by oxidation treatment on graphite powder with sulfuric acid,potassium permanganate,sodium nitrate,hydrogen peroxide and other oxidants,and then graphene oxide/epoxy resin material with different contents were synthesized by ultrasonic dispersion method.The bonding properties of synthetic composite were tested and analyzed.The research results showed that the composite with different contents had better performance than that of single epoxy resin.When w(graphene oxide)=2%,it had excellent material properties.
