摘 要:随着电子设备能力的不断提升,用于传输功率信号的射频电缆的功耗也在日益增加,因此高功率射频电缆的散热问题在设备研制过程中需加以格外重视。文中以某电子设备的高功率射频电缆为研究对象,分析了其温升过高的原因,提出了强迫风冷的散热方案,并通过全状态系统的地面模拟试验,验证了风冷方式的散热性能,进一步获取了全状态系统在不同构型下的流通特性,最终明确了系统在实际工作剖面下的供风要求。试验结论与方法可为后续类似产品中电缆的热设计提供工程依据。With the improvement of electronic equipment capacity,the power consumption of RF cables used to transmit power signals is also increasing. Therefore,more attention should be paid to the heat dissipation of high power RF cables in the progress of the design for radar. Taking the high power RF cables of an electronic equipment as the research object,the reason of high temperature rise of cables is analyzed,and the cooling solution that uses forced air cooling is proposed in this paper. According to the results of full-state system ground simulation test,the cooling performance is verified,and the flow characteristic of the full-state system under different configurations is obtained. Finally,the air supply requirement of the system under the actual working profile is clarified. The test results and methods can provide engineering basis for the thermal design of cables in similar products.
