摘  要:结合电厂经常出现的磨损、漏灰问题,从灰、结构、流场及其相互作用的角度,介绍了煤粉锅炉受热面磨损的几个主要原因和可采取的有针对性措施,另外又介绍了受热面穿墙密封结构的形式及需要考虑的要点。Based on the problems of wear and ash leakage that often occur in power plants,this paper introduces the main reasons of wear of heating surface of pulverized coal boiler and the corresponding measures from the angles of ash,structure,flow field and their interaction,and also introduces the form of sealing structure of heating surface through wall and the key points that need to be considered.
