摘  要:针对某超临界循环流化床锅炉1号返料器超温烧红现象,通过对比不同负荷下的壳体温度和返料系统流化风门开度调整前后相关参数(流化风压、流化风量、立管料位等),结合停炉后对流化风阀门、返料器布风板以及风帽等进行的检查,分析确定了返料器超温烧红的两个原因:一是返料器膨胀节故障,引起锅炉启停过程中返料器的耐磨浇注料膨胀收缩不均匀而出现裂纹;二是焊接安装质量不良导致中心筒下沿围箍的"T"型钢掉落至返料器内,砸坏了部分浇注料和风帽,使得高压流化风气流直接冲刷耐磨浇注料,导致浇注料裂缝扩大、加深。For the overheating and burning red phenomenon of the No.1 loop seal of a supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB),the shell temperature under different loads and the related parameters(fluidized air pressure,fluidized air volume)before and after the adjustment of the fluidized air damper of the loop seal are compared.The fluidized air valve,the air distribution plate of the loop seal and the blast cap were inspected after shutting down the boiler.In summary,the two reasons for the overtemperature of the loop seal shell were determined.One is the failure of the expansion joint of the feeder,which causes the expansion and contraction of the wearable castable of the feeder to be uneven and cracks during the start and stop of the boiler.The other one is that poor welding and installation quality caused the"T"steel along the hoop under the center tube to fall into the feeder.Part of the castable and the wind cap were smashed,so that the high-pressure fluidized air flow directly washed the wear-resistant castable,causing the cracks of the castable to expand and deepen.
