摘　　要：汽轮机的很多故障是由于操作不当或机器运行太久导致,在日常使用中,要注意定期保养维护相关零部件,运行之前检查各部件是否有问题,提前排查危险。如果在使用中,汽轮机发生故障,应及时确定故障发生的原因,是否为油系统故障或者是叶片受损等导致的,在准确确定汽轮机故障原因的基础上,再根据不同的原因对症下药,可使汽轮机迅速恢复正常。Many faults of steam turbine are caused by improper operation or long-term operation of the machine.In daily use,it is necessary to pay attention to regular maintenance of relevant parts.Before operation,check whether there is any problem with each part,and check the danger in advance.If the turbine fails in use,the relevant parts shall be maintained regularly,the cause of the fault should be determined in time,whether it is caused by oil system fault or blade damage.If the basic number of fault causes of steam turbine is accurately determined,and then the remedy is applied according to different causes,the steam turbine can quickly return to normal.
