摘  要:针对某1000 MW超超临界汽轮机运行中出力下降、主机高压调门开度出现异常增大等现象,通过热力性能试验诊断出机组通流能力显著降低、高压缸效率明显降低,高压缸解体后发现通流部分沉积大量铝盐,对静、转子叶片喷珠清理后机组出力恢复正常。分析了铝盐的来源途径,指出设备检修应特别重视异物的控制与清除,并介绍了详细的治理措施,切实做好保证发电机组汽水品质的预防。The output decline and abnormal opening rise of HP control valves occurred during operation in a 1000 MW ultra supercritical steam turbine.Through thermal performance experimental diagnosis,the flow rate of main steam and the efficiency of HP cylinder declined obviously.Lots of aluminum fouling were discovered to accumulate in the flow passage after the HP cylinder was disassembled.The unit output returned to normal through sand blasting of the HP cylinder stator and rotor blades.The source of aluminum fouling is analyzed,pointed out that the control and clearance of the foreign matter should be paid attention specially during the process of the equipment overhaul.In order to prevent to assure the steam water quality of power generation units,the treatment measures were introduced.
