摘  要:为了保证用药的准确性,采用徒手切片法对小叶黑柴胡的根、根茎、茎的横切面结构进行解剖学研究,并详细观察和分析其显微特征。结果表明,小叶黑柴胡的根部维管束为外韧型,木质部呈二元型,导管2~5个相聚或单个分布在薄壁细胞中,韧皮部含大量油管;根茎的木质部分布较多的木纤维,常呈连续或不连续的环状排列,韧皮部可见到明显的叶迹维管束和油管;茎内髓发达,占整个横截面的1/2,皮层和韧皮部均有油管分布。本研究结果可为正品小叶黑柴胡的原植物和药材鉴别提供理论依据。In order to ensure the accuracy of the medication,the cross section structure of the roots,rhizomes and stems of Bupleurum smithii Wolff var.parvifolium Shan et Y.Li were studied by freehand sectioning method,and its microscopic characteristics were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the vascular bundles in the root of B.smithii var.parvifolium were external toughness type,the xylem was diarch,the vessels were 2~5 clustered or distributed singly in parenchyma cells,and the phloem contains a lot of oil chambers;The xylem of the rhizome distributes more wood fiber,often presented the continuous or the discontinuous circular arrangement,the phloem could see the obvious leaf trace vascular bundles and oil chambers;The pith of the stem was well developed,accounting for 1/2 of the whole cross section.The cortex and phloem were all distributed with oil chambers.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the identification of the original plant and medicinal materials of B.smithii var.parvifolium.
