经胸腔镜新生儿食道闭锁纠治术围术期护理对患儿预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨经胸腔镜新生儿食道闭锁纠治术围术期护理对患儿预后的影响。方法选取2018年6~12月在该院经胸腔镜治疗的先天性食道闭锁患儿120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行围术期护理。对比两组患儿营养状态、生化指标及并发症出现情况。结果观察组患儿的并发症出现率(11.67%)显著低于对照组患儿(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿在干预后1个月、3个月、5个月、7个月、9个月时的锌、铁、钙含量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿在干预后1个月、3个月、5个月、7个月、9个月时的血清前蛋白、胆红素、尿素氮含量均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经胸腔镜治疗的先天性食道闭锁患儿进行围术期护理,能够明显补充营养及改善生化指标,降低患儿并发症发生率,值得深入研究。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on prognosis of neonatal esophageal atresia after thoracoscopic correction.Methods A total of 120 children with congenital esophageal atresia treated by thoracoscopy in this hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing.Nutritional status,biochemical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group(11.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3,5,7 and 9 months after intervention,the contents of zinc,iron and calcium in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of serum proprotein,bilirubin and urea nitrogen in the two groups at 1,3,5,7 and 9 months after intervention were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuity nursing for children with congenital esophageal atresia treated by thoracoscopy can significantly supplement nutrition and improve biochemical indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications in children,which is worthy of in-depth study and further promotion and application.
