山东省某三级甲等综合医院消化内科患者静脉留置针留置时间影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省某三级甲等医院消化内科患者使用静脉留置针的留置时间情况,分析其影响因素,为适当延长留置针留置时间及更好地发挥其临床效用提供参考。方法:收集497例使用静脉留置针的患者资料,采用描述性分析、单因素分析及多因素广义线性回归。结果:497例患者中,静脉留置针平均留置时间为43.05 h,多因素广义线性回归结果显示,患者年龄、静脉留置针品牌、穿刺部位及有无静脉炎对静脉留置针留置时间有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:针对影响静脉留置针留置时间的影响因素,在以人为本的前提下提出改进策略,以提高静脉留置针使用质量。Objective:To investigate the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle among patients in the gastroenterology department of a certain tertiary hospital in Shandong province,analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for extending the indwelling time and exerting its clinical effect better.Methods:A total of 497 patients using intravenous catheters were collected for descriptive analysis,univariate analysis,and multivariate generalized linear regression analysis.Results:Among the 497 patients,the average indwelling time was 43.05 h.The multivariate generalized linear regression results showed that the age of the patients,brand of the intravenous indwelling needle,puncture site and the phlebitis had a significant effect on the indwelling time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted on the influencing factors for the intravenous indwelling time of the intravenous indwelling needle,the improvement strategy should be put forward on the premise of putting people first,so as to improve the quality of the intravenous indwelling needle.
