摘  要:冷却系统的合理设计与准确分析是水下电机稳定运行的关键。首先考虑压力平衡、冷却、密封等问题,设计充油式水下异步电机冷却系统。其次分析水下电机损耗与温度间单向和双向耦合关系并给出相应的计算流程;基于散热器与水下电机和循环叶轮在温度和压力损失上的相互影响,确定冷却系统中温度场与流场间双向耦合关系,并推导散热器性能参数计算式;在此基础上提出多物理场耦合分析方法。最后采用所提出方法分析55kW水下电机冷却系统,揭示出铜耗、油摩损耗、工况点循环流量和散热器出口温度的变化规律,指出在水下电机温度场分析中计算转子铁耗是必要的,得到散热器结构参数影响规律及其合理匹配区间,并通过试验验证该方法的合理性。The reasonable design and accurate analysis of the cooling system is the key to the stable operation of underwater motor.In this paper,firstly,considering the problems of pressure balance,cooling and sealing,an oil-filled underwater induction motor cooling system was designed.Secondly,the unidirectional and bidirectional coupling relationship between loss and temperature in the underwater motor were analyzed,and the corresponding calculation procedure was given.Based on the mutual influence of radiator,underwater motor and circulating impeller on the temperature and pressure loss,bidirectional coupling relationship between temperature field and flow field in the cooling system was determined,and the equation for computing radiator performance parameters was derived.On this basis,the coupling analysis method of multi-physical fields was proposed.Finally,the proposed method was used to analyze the cooling system of 55 k W underwater motor.Variation laws of copper loss,oil friction loss,circulation flow rate at operating point and radiator outlet temperature are revealed.It is pointed out that it is necessary to calculate rotor iron loss in the analysis of underwater motor temperature field.The influential laws of radiator structure parameters and their reasonable matching range are obtained.The rationality of this method is verified by experiments.
