摘　　要：本文提出了基于国产基础软件的IT系统测评体系,指出了基于国产基础软件的全生命周期各个阶段存在的一些问题并给出了相应的解决方法,论述了基于国产基础软件的IT系统测评环境,并且明确了基于国产基础软件的IT系统测评技术体系的具体内容,可为基于国产基础软件的IT系统测评相关工作的开展提供一些参考,加强基于国产基础软件的IT系统测评的服务能力,进一步提升国产基础软件的质量。In the paper,an IT system evaluation system based on domestic basic software is proposed.Some problems existing in each stage of the whole life cycle based on domestic basic software are given and corresponding solutions are given.The IT system evaluation environment based on domestic basic software is discussed,and the technical system of IT system evaluation based on domestic basic software is clarified.It can be used for the development of IT system evaluation based on domestic basic software and provide some references to strengthen the service capability of IT system evaluation based on domestic basic software,and further improve the quality of domestic basic software.
