张德忠巧用逍遥散治疗乳腺癌浅析

摘　　要：张德忠教授采用逍遥散治疗乳腺癌时,辨病为纲,辨证为目,辨病为先,辨证为主,辨病与辨证相结合,针对乳腺癌患者伴有肝气郁结、脾胃亏虚、气血不足者,则给予四君子汤、八珍汤等加减治疗,伴有癌病变转移者,则予僵蚕和九香虫等加减;对放化疗者,给予不同中药调治,还积极运用现代科研成果,形成了颇具特色的中西医结合的治疗思路。Professor ZHANG Dezhong is good at using Xiaoyao Powder to treat breast cancer,he believes that disease differentiation is the key,syndrome differentiation is the objective,disease differentiation is the first,syndrome differentiation is the main,and disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation are combined. For breast cancer patients with stagnation of liver qi,deficiency of spleen and stomach,and deficiency of qi and blood,he used to give modifed Sijunzi Decoction,Bazhen Decoction,etc.;for those with metastasis of cancer,he used to give Bombyx Batryticatus and Aspongopus chinensis Dallas,etc.;for those received radiotherapy or chemotherapy,he used to treat with different traditional Chinese drugs,and also actively used modern scientific payoffs,which has formed a unique treatment idea of integration of Chinese and western therapy.
