摘　　要：滑脉是临床常见二十八脉之一。该文梳理了古今文献中对滑脉脉形、脉位、脉率、脉势等特征的论述;分析了古代文献中有关滑脉临床意义的内容,包括妊娠妇女、痰湿体质者的生理性滑脉及气、火、水、湿、痰、饮、食积、瘀等所致的病理性滑脉。滑脉的现代研究包括滑脉形成机制、生理性滑脉的特征、不同病证的滑脉特征等。随着脉诊客观化研究的不断深入,研究者借助现代信息处理技术开展了生理性滑脉、不同病证滑脉的脉图特征比较,为脉诊研究提供了新的思路和方法,丰富了脉学理论。现代研究发现黏度大则内摩擦力大,表现为液体流动时流利度差;黏度小则内摩擦力小,表现出液体流动时流利度大,可以阐释脉"滑"的形成机制。该文还对弦滑脉的争议进行了阐释,以期为提高滑脉在临床病证诊治中的价值提供一定的依据。Smooth pulse is one of the 28 kinds of common clinical pulse.This paper combed the discussion on the characteristics of pulse shape,pulse position,pulse rate and pulse potential in ancient and modern literature,and analyzed the contents of clinical significance of slippery pulse in ancient literature,including physiological smooth pulse of pregnant women and phlegm dampness constitution and pathological slippery pulse caused by Qi,fire,water,dampness,phlegm,fluid retention,food accumulation and blood stasis.The modern research of the slippery pulse includes the formation mechanism of the smooth pulse,the characteristics of the physiological smooth pulse and the characteristics of the smooth pulse of different diseases and syndromes.With the deepening of the research on the objectification of pulse diagnosis,with the help of modern information processing technology,researchers have carried out the comparison of pulse graph characteristics of physiological smooth pulse and different disease syndromes,which provides new ideas and methods for pulse diagnosis research and enriches the pulse theory.This paper also explaineds the dispute of"string and slippery pulse",so as to provide certain basis for improving the value of the slippery pulse in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
