木丹颗粒联合厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病早期肾病患者的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病早期肾病病患采用木丹颗粒以及厄贝沙坦治疗效果。方法选择在该院进行2型糖尿病早期肾病治疗的102例病患为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2018年1月—2019年1月之间,采取随机数字排列表法将其分成组均34例的A组、B组以及C组。予以A组病患木丹颗粒治疗,予以B组病患厄贝沙坦治疗,予以C组病患木丹颗粒以及厄贝沙坦治疗。对比3组治疗效果以及用药前后空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、血浆脂质、肾功能、尿微量白蛋白排泄率和血液流变学指标情况。结果总有效率方面C组(97.06%,33/34)明显高于A组(76.47%,26/34)以及B组(79.41%,27/34)(P<0.05)。用药后3组在空腹血糖、血清肌酐方面比较差异较小(P>0.05),C组在糖化血红蛋白以及血尿素氮方面水平均低于A组以及B组(P<0.05)。用药后C组在低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及尿微量白蛋白排泄率方面水平均低于A组以及B组,在高密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面水平高于A组以及B组(P<0.05)。C组用药后在红细胞比容、血浆高黏度方面水平低于A组以及B组,在纤维蛋白原、全血高切黏度以及全血低切黏度方面水平高于A组以及B组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病早期肾病病患采用木丹颗粒以及厄贝沙坦治疗可减低病患血脂以及尿微量白蛋白水平,改善其临床表现以及血液流变学情况,进而提升病患肾功能,应在临床大力传播。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒)combined with Irbesartan in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected and assigned to three groups,34 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Mudan Granule.Group B was treated with Irbesartan.Group C was treated with Mudan Granules and Irbesartan.The curative effect,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,renal function,urine albumin excretion rate and hemorheological indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate in group C(97.06%,33/34)was significantly higher than that of group A(76.47%,26/34)and group B(79.41%,27/34)(P<0.05).After medication,levels of fasting blood glucose and serum creatinineamong groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood urea nitrogen in group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).After medication,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglyceride and urine albumin excretion rate in group C were lower than those of group A and group B.The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level in group C was higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).After medication,the levels of hematocrit and high blood viscosity in group C were lower than those of group A and group B.The levels of fibrinogen,whole blood high-shear viscosity and low-shear viscosity in group C were higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan Granule combined with Irbesartan can reduce patients’levels of blood lipid and urine microalbumin protein,and improve the clinical symptoms,hemorheological indicators and renal function.It could be widely applied in clinical practice.
