大叶榉树半同胞家系生长表现及优良家系选择

摘　　要：以2009年春在湖南省汨罗市林业科技示范园营造的11年生大叶榉树半同胞家系测定林为研究对象,于2019年3月每木测量其胸径、树高和枝下高,并对数据进行分析。结果显示:参试的大叶榉树半同胞家系的胸径、树高和枝下高的变异系数均较大,分别为25.63%、12.87%和28.16%;树高和枝下高的差异均达极显著(P<0.01),胸径的差异达显著(P<0.05)。胸径的家系遗传力为0.6481,单株遗传力是0.3347,遗传变异系数为2.06%;树高的家系遗传力是0.7204,单株遗传力为0.5333,遗传变异系数是2.63%;树高的遗传力高于胸径的。胸径和树高呈显著正相关,其相关系数为0.809。经多重比较,筛选出ZS05、ZS04共2个生长表现优良的家系。In the present work,the 11-year-old half-sib pedigree forest of Zelkova schneideriana,which was established in the forestry science and technology demonstration park in Miluo city of Hunan Province in the spring of 2009,was collected as the research object.The DBH,tree height,and branch height were measured in March 2019,and the data were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of tree height,diameter at breast height and height under branch among the half-sib families of the tested Z.schneideriana were relatively higher,which were 12.87%,25.63%and 28.16%,respectively.The differences in tree height and under branch height were all significantly higher with significant of P<0.01,while the difference in breast diameter is significant(P<0.05).The family heritability of diameter at breast height is 0.6481,the heritability of individual plant is 0.3347,while the genetic variation coefficient is 2.06%.The family heritability of tree height is 0.7204,the heritability of individual plant is 0.5333.The genetic variation coefficient is 2.63%,while the heritability of tree height Higher than breast diameter.There was a significant positive correlation between DBH and tree height with the correlation coefficient of 0.809.After multiple comparisons,two families ZS05 and ZS04 with excellent growth performance were screened out.
