摘　　要：吴其昌《梁启超传》虽属于未完成作品,但在学术界的影响却比较大。这是迄今公开出版、发行的八十多种"梁启超传"中版本(次)最多的一种。学界肯定的地方主要集中于抱病写作的精神、现代评传的写法等方面。尽管吴其昌《梁启超传》在"梁启超传"的书写史上具有重要地位,但它也存在三个缺憾:一是传主整体形象定位不够清晰和明确,二是未能全面展示传主的丰富人生,三是缺乏动人的情节和细节。Although the biography of Liang Qichao by Wu Qichang is an unfinished work,it has a great influence in the academic circle.This is the most frequently published and distributed version of more than 80 biographies of Liang Qichao.What the academic circles affirmed mainly focused on the spirit of writing with illness and the writing method of modern commentary.Although Wu Qichang’s Biography of Liang Qichao plays an important role in the writing history of the Biography of Liang Qichao,it also has three defects:First,the overall image orientation of the master is not clear and definite;second,the rich life of the master is not fully displayed;third,the moving plot and details are lacking.
