摘　　要：党内法规的价值,是我党制定和完善党内法规的内在动因,包含着我党通过党内法规所要实现的基本目标。界定党内法规的价值维度,既是从事相关理论与实践工作的逻辑起点,同时也是区分党内法规与国家法律这两个社会规范系统的基础。完善党内法规运行的保障机制是实现党内法规价值的有效途径。The value of intra-party regulations is the internal motivation for our Party to formulate and perfect intra-party regulations,which contains the basic goals that our Party achieves through intra-party regulations.Defining the value dimension of intra-party regulations is not only the logical starting point for engaging in relevant theoretical and practical work,but also the basis for distinguishing between the two social norm systems of intra-party regulations and national laws.Perfecting the safeguard mechanism of the operation of the intra-party regulations is an effective way to realize the value of the intra-party regulations.
