疲劳严重程度评估量表在2型糖尿病患者中应用的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的评价中文版疲劳严重程度评估量表在2型糖尿病患者中应用的信效度。方法采用便利取样的方法,选取2019年4月-2020年4月在我院老年医学科病房住院的2型糖尿病患者200例,将疲劳严重程度评估量表(中文版)应用于2型糖尿病患者,验证量表的信度和效度。结果中文版FSS量表共含9个条目,其Cronbach′sα系数为0.893,Sperman折半信度系数为0.894,重测信度系数为0.905,内容效度为条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)0.801~1.000,总量表水平内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.902。通过探索性因素分析提取出1个公因子,累积方差贡献率为57.81%。验证性因素分析得到各项拟合指数:卡方自由度比1.98、拟合优度指数0.942、调整后拟合优度指数0.921、比较拟合优度指数0.930。采用多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)作为效标,MFI-20总分与中文版FSS量表总分呈显著正相关(r=0.755,P<0.05)。结论FSS-CHI内容简洁,在2型糖尿病患者中应用具有良好的信效度,可作为评估疲劳严重程度的测量工具。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of fatigue severity scale(FSS)in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the geriatrics ward of a graded 3 A hospital from April 2019 to April 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method.FSS Chinese version was applied to verify the reliability and validity of the scale for type 2 diabetes patients.Results The Chinese version of FSS consisted of 9 items,with Cronbach’s coefficient of 0.893,Sperman split S-CVI half reliability of 0.894,retest reliability of 0.905,content validity of 0.801-1.000 at item level,and content validity of 0.902 at total table level.One common factor was extracted through exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 57.81%.Confirmatory factor analysis of various fitting indexes:Chi-square degree of freedom ratio of 1.98,goodness of fit index of 0.942,adjusted goodness of fit index of 0.921,comparative goodness of fit index of 0.930.Multidimensional fatigue scale(MFI-20)was used as the effective standard.The total score of MFI-20 was significantly positively correlated with the total score of Chinese version FSS scale(r=0.755,P<0.05).Conclusion FSS-CHI is simple in content,and has good reliability and validity in the application of type 2 diabetes patients and can be used as a measurement tool for evaluating fatigue severity.
